The Magician Trilogy
As I said before, I was hesitant to read this series at first, but boy oh boy, did these books prove to me that although they maybe old, a book can still be down right amazing. So these books are about a boy named Gwyn who discovers he’s a magician on his 11th birthday with five mysterious gifts from his grandmother. As the story unravels, you learn about Gwyn’s long lost sister, Bethan, and about his mysterious past that returns to haunt him in the form of a beaten up old horse that houses a bloodthirsty and ruthless spirit. These books were full of turns that I never saw coming, and for this reason, I give it a 10 out of 10. Read this book.
