The Charlie Bone Series
All I can say about this series is wow. This series not only grabbed me, but I found a truly fantastic plot, characters and surprises that left me gasping for breath. Let me tell you about the general outline of the story. Okay, so Charlie Bone is the main character, not that that came as a huge surprise. Charlie is endowed, meaning he has a special magical talent. He can travel into photographs and hear the thoughts of the people in the photographs. When his talent is discovered by his malicious Aunts, he is immediately sent to Bloor’s Acadamy where he not only makes some unlikely friends, but he also faces dangers and perils wilder then any of his dreams. He also learns the truth about the one thing he is most longing for: his father. There are currently six books in the series, and each one is about 500 sum pags, yet I read them in a day. I give this series, without hesitation, a 5 out of 5 rating. The six that are out are shown above. Here are their order.
